GUCCI RELEASES CAPSULE T-SHIRT COLLECTION
Today marked the 5th anniversary of Dover Street Market in Ginza, Tokyo – which is housed in a six story building.
To celebrate the occasion, Gucci, among various other brands, created a limited edition capsule collection, which was designed by creative director Alessandro Michele, consisted of 3 Tshirt designs and 10 pieces only of each. These were to be sold today, exclusively from the Dover Street Market in Ginza.
In addition to that, anyone buying these t-shirts would receive a free necklace, which was designed by Rei Kawakubo of Comes des Garçons.
Ever since the Gucci Tshirt collection debuted at the Gucci cruise spectacular, held at Blenheim Palace in June, 2016, they have become must have pieces of every fashionistas wardrobe, being sported by almost every model and blogger since.
I doubt anyone can get their hands on the t-shirts released today, due to the limited quantity, but keep your eyes peeled, for I’m sure this is not the last we will see of Gucci T-shirts.
